Email sent to applicant. Reviewed the revised building permit for the proposed outdoor seating associated with the new use. The applicant was advised that Vallejo Municipal Code Chapter 16.330 requires approval of a Zoning Compliance prior to establishing outdoor dining. Submittal requirements include a completed planning application, plans demonstrating compliance with VMC Section 16.330.02(C)(2) development standards, and payment of a $293.08 fee. Applicant was informed that submission instructions will be provided when ready to apply.
