Including: electrical (24" bar light, 6" can light, wiring for exhaust fans, receptacles AFCI/GFCI protected), mechanical (1 6" inline fan, 1 standard exhaust fan), Plumbing( waste toilet 4", tub/shower 3", sink 2", vents for all, hot water and cold water to shower/tub and sink, cold water to toilet), framing (2x6 walls, 30" door, lags, concrete removal etc)
